From membership to dues, from the academy to the facility, from sponsorship to the general assembly.

What a club lacks is not records. It is a shared record of decisions.

THE DECISION CHAIN IN A CLUB

What Can You Do?
1

One Context From Member Request to Dues Collection

Every request from a member, parent or volunteer is tracked in a single record with its owner, next step and history β€” it does not sit in one person's inbox.

The overdue dues list arrives together with a message draft that has already passed a consent check. The decision to send stays with a person.

2

Academy and Training: Load, Attendance, Progress

The training plan, the attendance record and the progress measurement stop living in separate ledgers; an athlete's journey reads as one line.

An athlete whose attendance drops, whose load spikes, or whose measurements stop appears to the coach as a finding β€” as a call for attention, not a diagnosis.

3

Licence, Medical Report and Permit Deadline Watch

Athlete licences, medical reports, coaching certificates and referee permits gather in one calendar; a document nearing expiry announces itself.

Fields are extracted from documents and missing values are proposed; any step that changes a record always passes through human approval.

4

Event and Fixture Management

Tournaments, galas, congresses and internal fixtures run in a single record together with registration, capacity, assignments and budget.

Attendance trends, unused capacity and the task that is stuck become visible before the event, not after it.

5

Sponsorship Inventory and Commitment Tracking

Shirt, LED, box, digital and event rights are held as inventory; which right went to whom, for which period, is read from one place.

What was promised to a sponsor and what was actually delivered meet in the same record, so renewal talks start with evidence.

6

Facility, Pitch and Equipment Utilisation

The condition of pitches, halls, changing rooms and equipment sits on the same screen as their bookings; conflicts and empty hours are each visible.

A maintenance request and the facility it takes out of service attach to the same subject; the priority decision is recorded with its owner.

7

Donations, Supporters and Grants

Donors, supporters and grant programmes are held in one relationship history; who supported what is not lost.

A grant application's documents, deadline and reporting obligation are tracked in the same record.

8

Volunteer Matching and Outreach

A volunteer's skills, availability and past contribution become visible; deciding who to call for which duty stops being guesswork.

The outreach message is produced as a draft; who receives it and when is the coordinator's decision.

9

General Assembly and Congress Preparation

Membership status, outstanding dues and voting rights pass through a single check; the delegate list comes out with its evidence.

Objections and correction requests are recorded, so who decided what β€” and why β€” can be read back later.

10

Loyalty, Badges and Supporter Engagement

Points, tiers, badges and quest mechanics attach to what members actually do; reward suggestions come out of that behaviour.

Members and supporters who are drifting away become visible early; a win-back step is offered as a suggestion, and the decision stays with the club.

11

Federation Audits and Data Protection Compliance

Documents under audit, their owners and their completion status gather in one list, so preparation does not compress into the final week.

For athlete and parent personal data, explicit consent, retention period and access rights run on the record; a consent check runs before anything leaves the club.

12

Club Chat β€” Ask in Plain Language, Get a Table

"Whose dues are overdue this month?", "Which pitches are free on Saturday?", "Which licences expire this month?" β€” the question is asked in natural language and the answer comes back as a table.

Which records the answer came from is shown. A number with no visible source is never produced.

What You Gain
One context
Five Flows, Same Record

Membership, academy, events, sponsorship and facilities meet in a shared decision context.

Who is looking at what, and where the decision sits, can be read at any moment.

Human approval
Critical Actions Never Go Out Alone

Every outward-facing step β€” a message, a collection call, a document share β€” passes through an approval queue.

AI drafts and states its reasoning; the decision to send stays with the club.

0 writes to source systems
Your Existing Systems Stay in Place

The business systems you use are not replaced; 361 sits on top of them as a decision layer.

The starting scope is set up read-only; writing opens only if you decide together that it should.

200+ modules
A Pool of Ready Capability

Membership, dues, events, donations, loyalty, training, volunteering and facility modules come ready.

What is specific to your club is adapted; no software is written from scratch.

The Honest Part
What 361 Does Not Do
  • ×It does not replace or rewrite your source business system.
  • ×It does not decide pricing, payments or collections on its own.
  • ×It does not message members, parents or sponsors on its own β€” it drafts and waits for approval.
  • ×It does not claim an outcome it has not measured, and never produces a number without a source.
  • ×It does not diagnose in athlete health data; it raises attention, and the decision belongs to the physician and the coach.

What We Measured, What We Did Not

The sports programme was built on a synthetic demo tenant and re-measured on 2026-08-11. The distinction below is deliberate.

Γ–LΓ‡ΓœLEN
  • 32 open modules and the 201 record types they cover were measured on the tenant; 95 of them carry a defined state machine (process flow).
  • On the synthetic demo tenant we measured 31 AI copilots, 5 knowledge bases, 5 multi-agent crews and 10 sport-specific automations.
  • A copilot's natural-language answer on a live screen β€” overdue dues: 6 records, 167,900.00 β‚Ί β€” matched the database measurement taken at the same moment, exactly.
  • Role-based visibility was tested with two club personas against an administrator session; the menu surfaces differed and one finding was recorded.
  • Reusable capability templates were defined for the five flows and mapped onto the modules.
  • The approval boundary and the evidence-trail contract were established.
Γ–LΓ‡ΓœLMEYEN
  • !We have no measured customer outcome in the sports sector; every figure above belongs to the synthetic demo tenant.
  • !Meridyen Sports Club is a synthetic demo profile; it is not a real club.
  • !Not every copilot was tested; the number of copilots verified against ground truth on a live screen is limited.
  • !Two known defects remain open on screen: some KPI counters stay in their loading skeleton and some choice columns print raw codes instead of labels. Both sit in the engine and are on record.
  • !Outcome metrics are discussed only after a repeatable measurement on your own data.
