The program at a glance

Most partner programs make the same offer: sell and you earn margin, we will train you, we will give you a demo environment. Beyond that sentence we have three concrete things — all three come from how the product works today, not from a promise.

361 PARTNER VALUE CHAIN
30 MODULES Your Own Workspace Live Product Usage Free Entry Tier PUBLIC Deal Registration No Channel Conflict Published Rules ISOLATED Dedicated Database KVKK & RLS Compliant Enterprise Security

You use the product before you sell it

An approved partner gets their own workspace at <company>.361.com.tr: a 30-module reseller set covering CRM, quoting, orders, contracts, finance, accounting, collections, projects and documents — free at the entry tier. It is not a demo environment; it is where you run your own business.

Channel conflict rules are public

We do not keep deal registration rules behind a partner portal. Scope of protection, grounds for rejection, the appeal path and who makes the decision are published on a page anyone can read. A written rule applies to you and to us in the same way.

Your customer's data sits in its own database

Every customer tenant gets its own database on the same server. That is a technical answer you can give in the meeting where data protection questions come up — a deployment fact, not a marketing line.

What we do publish: the rates

Margin and commission rates are published item by item on this site — for the first sale, renewal, your own service revenue and your own solution's subscription, across all four partnership types. The one thing we do not publish is the absolute price; the packaging decision is not final yet.

Your own workspace

The hardest part of selling a platform is knowing the product. We solve that through use rather than training: an approved partner runs their real business inside the workspace opened for their own company. The product you sell becomes the product you open every morning.

What is inside

The reseller set consists of 30 modules: customer relationships, quoting, orders, contracts, finance, accounting, collections, project and document management are all included.

How it differs from a demo licence

The common equivalent is a limited showcase environment where entering real customer data is not allowed. This workspace is not that: you track your own customers, your own quotes and your own collections in it.

Demo skill comes for free

Because you use the product in daily work, the screen you show in a customer meeting is the screen you actually work in. There is no script to memorise.

Setup is done by hand today

Your workspace is set up by our team after the agreement and handed over to you. It is not a self-service button, so we make no claim that provisioning is automatic or immediate. Where the step sits in the process is written below.

Deal registration: a mechanism, not a promise

The thing partners argue about most when choosing a platform is not margin — it is conflict: will someone else take over the opportunity I brought in? The "we are channel-first" sentence everyone writes is worth little on its own. Here, registration runs on a system that keeps records, and the rules are written down.

Records are kept

An opportunity you bring in is registered in the system: which partner, which customer, which date. It does not rest on a verbal understanding.

Grounds for rejection are published

The cases in which a registration request will be rejected are stated in advance and in the open. A rejected request does not get an unexplained "not approved".

The decision-maker is a separate person

Whoever approves a registration is separate from whoever carries a direct sales target. We are not building a structure where the same party is both referee and competitor on one deal.

There is an appeal path

Appeals are made in writing and recorded. Disagreements are settled by rule, not by personal relationship.

A separate database per customer

If you sell to enterprises, the same question always comes up at some point in the meeting: where does our data sit, and can it get mixed with someone else's?

The answer is architectural

Every customer tenant gets its own database. You can say "your data does not sit in the same table as another customer's data" — and a deployment fact stands behind it.

Deployment choice as well

If the customer's policy requires it, on-premises deployment and fully disconnected operation are possible too. At the negotiating table this turns the IT team into an ally rather than an obstacle.

Four partner types

Not every business model wants the same partnership. A consultant wants to introduce the opportunity and step back; a systems integrator treats deployment and support as their own business. We defined four types — you do not have to decide now; pick one in the application and we will settle it together in the conversation.

Referral partner

Consultants, accountants, sector specialists. You introduce the opportunity and 361 runs the sales conversation. You earn referral revenue on the registered deal.

Reseller

Software or IT resellers. You sell under your own name, issue your own invoice and own the customer relationship. You work with your own workspace and a partner price list.

Implementation partner

Systems integrators and consultancies. You deploy, adapt the platform to the organisation's processes, train users and support them afterwards. Services revenue stays with you.

Solution builder

Software companies building their own vertical solution. You build and sell your solution on top of 361. Distribution of those solutions through a shared storefront is on the roadmap — it is not live today.

06

What you will be selling

361 is an AI operating system that adds AI capability on top of the business systems an organisation already runs, without replacing them. Your opening line is not "replace your system" but "we do not touch your system" — which turns the party that resists procurement the most, the IT team, into an ally.

Product depth behind you

200+ ready business modules, 17 AI providers, 52 built-in tools, 80+ built-in models. Wherever a customer enters, you still have something to talk about for the second and third sale.

Field history behind you

20+ years, 300+ projects, 14+ sectors, 100+ enterprise customers. When references are requested you do not have to answer "it is a new product".

A narrow, clear entry point

The first sale usually starts as a two-week proof of concept: one process is chosen, run in the customer's own environment, and the result is seen. You do not have to sell a large transformation programme.

How the two-week POC works

Brand appearance

The interface can be customised at the level of logo, colour and title. A setup where the product is presented entirely as your own under your own domain does not exist; we write that up front so you do not promise your customer something we cannot deliver.

07

Who it fits, who it does not

A bad fit costs both sides time. So we also write down who is unlikely to be happy in this program.

Probably a fit

  • IT resellers, systems integrators or consultancies already in contact with enterprise customers
  • Software companies that know one sector deeply and design solutions for it
  • Accountants or advisors whose process recommendations their clients act on
  • Teams that find it natural to run their own business on the product they sell, and are willing to invest time in it
  • Firms that treat deployment and adaptation work as a revenue line alongside the sale

Probably not a fit

  • Anyone expecting commission for sharing a list of names without spending time on the product
  • Anyone who will not move without a published list price — the rates are on the site, but the absolute price is not final yet
  • Anyone looking for a certification exam that is open and running today, a mature partner portal and an established channel ecosystem; the levels and tier thresholds are defined, but the exams have not opened yet
  • Anyone wanting to sell the product entirely as their own, under their own brand and domain
  • Anyone wanting a one-off licence sale and no ongoing relationship; revenue here depends on the relationship continuing
08

How the process runs

We write the steps, not the timings. The program is newly formed and we do not want to commit to a schedule we are not yet sure we can meet; when we can, it will be written here.

  1. Application

A short form: your company, contact details and the partner type you have in mind. Tax numbers, revenue figures and bank details are not requested at this stage.

  2. Introductory conversation

We talk about what you sell today, which sectors and customers you work with, and whether you already have an opportunity in mind. Mutual fit is decided in this conversation.

  3. Partner type and agreement

Which of the four types you start with is agreed; commercial terms and figures are shared in writing. The agreement and data processing documents are signed at this stage.

  4. Your workspace is opened

The reseller set at <company>.361.com.tr is set up and handed over to you. Our team performs the setup by hand.

  5. Product training

Your sales and technical people learn the product inside your own workspace; today training is run directly with our team. The 361 certifications that set the tier measure (361 Temel / Foundation · 361 Uygulama / Implementation · 361 Çözüm Mimarı / Solution Architect) are defined; opening the exams is in preparation.

  6. First deal registration

The first customer you have in mind is registered, comes under protection, and we prepare for the sales conversation together.

  7. First sale and deployment

On the first customer we run the sales conversation, deployment and go-live together. On later deals you set how much support you want.

The journey in detail

Before you decide

The whole programme is gathered into three separate documents. Which one you start with depends on where you stand.
