The library at a glance

The Academy is not a promise; it is a library you can watch today. 50 episodes across 12 series are published. Every episode is a screen recording of the real interface — not a slide deck. You see how the work is actually done on the platform.

Three audiences, three tracks

End users, in-house builders and technical teams ask different questions. The library answers all three with separate series; you do not have to finish one track before starting another.

Short episodes, one job each

Each episode covers a single task: building a knowledge base, hiring an agent, setting up permissions, exporting data. After watching, you can repeat the same task in your own workspace.

Recorded from the product itself

Because the videos come from the live interface, episodes have to be re-recorded as the product evolves. We accept that maintenance cost rather than freezing the library.

Narration is in Turkish

All episodes are narrated in Turkish with subtitles. English narration is not available today. If your team needs English-language enablement, tell us and we will arrange it directly.

02

Which series for whom

The short answer: people doing the work start with the Academy series, people building the system start with the Builder series, people running the AI side start with the AI series.

academy · 11 episodes

If you are an end user

For anyone doing their daily work on 361: daily workflow, documents, change history, relationships, reports and dashboards, asking the AI, talking to customers, mobile use, bulk import and export, signing documents.

Time: the full series takes about an afternoon; the first three episodes are enough to start working.

builder · 6 episodes

If you build inside your organisation

For the person configuring the solution in their own organisation: building the data model, designing screens, setting up the workflow, hiring the AI, configuring permissions and going live, and live dashboards.

Prerequisite: the first Academy episodes. This series assumes you already know the product as a user.

ai · 7 episodes

If you are on the technical team

For whoever runs the AI side: knowledge base, agents, automation, provider and model selection, measurement and evaluation, turning a question into a dashboard, finding bottlenecks with process mining.

Note: this series is the technical backbone of certification and the one you will return to most while preparing.

03

All twelve series

Beyond the three main tracks, the rest of the library covers verticals, comparisons and short formats. Everything is watched from the same place.

Learning path: four steps

Watching in order is not mandatory, but this order works: use the product, then build with it, then run the AI side, then prove what you know.

  1. Get the frame

The two Web episodes and the in-depth platform tour answer what 361 is and where your data sits. These are also the episodes used when introducing the product to a team for the first time.

  2. Do your own work on the product

The Academy series. After each episode, repeat the same task in your own workspace — watching alone does not stick, repeating does.

  3. Learn to build

The Builder series: data model, screens, workflow, permissions. After this step you can build a small solution end to end yourself.

  4. Run and measure the AI side

The AI series, seven episodes from knowledge base to process mining. The provider selection and measurement episodes are what keep a working setup from decaying over time.

05

Proving what you learned

Watching is one thing; demonstrating what you know is another. A three-level certification programme is being prepared: 361 Temel (foundation), 361 Uygulama (implementation) and 361 Çözüm Mimarı (solution architect). The certificate names stay in Turkish because that is how they appear on the record. The foundation level will be open to everyone — customers, candidates and students included.

The Academy is the preparation material

The scope of the foundation exam is not being written from scratch: the existing Academy and AI series form its learning path. What you watch today will still count when certification opens.

A certificate is a permission, not a badge

Certificates are tied to partner tiers and to specific deployment permissions. The thresholds and the locks are published openly, so nobody has to guess who is allowed to do what.

How the videos work

Access

Every episode is on the video channel, open without registration. We do not keep the training library behind a form.

To share with your team, send the episode link directly.

Language and subtitles

Narration is Turkish. Episodes are subtitled; in short-format episodes the subtitles are burned into the picture.

Corporate use

You may use the episodes in your own internal training. If you need them inside your own learning management system, we discuss that separately — there is no ready export package today.

Updates

When the product changes, the affected episode is re-recorded. If you spot a difference between an episode and the current screen, tell us and we will queue the update.
