Justification Description: MEŞK provides authentic Turkish makam vocal training and karaoke accompaniment where users sing along with high-fidelity backing tracks and rhythm cycles. This foreground service is necessary to maintain continuous, uninterrupted audio playback when the user locks their device, turns off the screen, or switches to sheet music or lyrics in other apps. A prominent persistent notification with instant Stop controls is maintained throughout the playback session.

Justification Description: MEŞK captures real-time 48kHz microphone audio for live multi-device AoIP ensemble rehearsals and 53-comma makam pitch analysis (YIN + FFT). When performing in active rehearsal sessions, singers keep the microphone active even while the screen is locked or while reading notes. The foreground service prevents OS battery optimizations from severing the live audio stream. Android's green microphone privacy indicator and an ongoing system notification are clearly visible. All audio processing is 100% on-device.
