Electronic Communications Notice

This notice has been prepared by Bizicon Bilisim ve Danismanlik Hizmetleri ("361") in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Types of Electronic Messages

The commercial electronic messages sent by 361 are classified as follows:

1.1 Informational Messages

Service updates and maintenance notifications
Platform changes and new feature announcements
Notifications related to account security
Contract and invoice notifications
Technical support communications

1.2 Marketing Messages

Product and service promotions
Special campaigns and pricing offers
Email newsletters and sector reports
Event, webinar, and training announcements
Case studies and success stories

1.3 Personalized Messages

Recommendations based on your usage patterns
Content tailored to your sector
Notifications aligned with your interests

2. Communication Channels

Commercial electronic messages may be sent through the following channels:

Email: Marketing and informational content to the email address you provide
SMS: Short message notifications to the phone number you provide
Voice calls: Informational calls to the phone number you provide
Push notifications: Push notifications through the 361 platform (platform users only)

3. Right to Consent/Object

Receiving commercial electronic messages is entirely optional. You have the following rights:

3.1 Granting Consent

Explicit consent is required to receive marketing messages.
Consent is collected through website forms, POC applications, or customer registration processes.
Informational messages may be sent under the contract as part of service delivery.

3.2 Granular Preferences

You can set your message preferences separately per channel:

You can turn email notifications on or off.
You can manage SMS notifications separately.
You can control marketing and informational messages independently.

4. Opt-Out Procedure

You can use one of the following methods to stop receiving commercial electronic messages:

4.1 Email Opt-Out

You can easily unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every email message. The opt-out is processed immediately.

4.2 SMS Opt-Out

You can stop SMS notifications by sending the opt-out keyword (e.g., typing "RED") to the number indicated in the SMS.

4.3 Opt-Out Through the Platform

You can change your notification preferences at any time from the account settings section of the 361 platform.

4.4 Opt-Out via Contact

You can exercise your right to opt out by sending an email to info@361.com.tr with the subject "Electronic Communications Opt-Out" or by contacting us through our contact page.

4.5 Opt-Out Under KVKK

By submitting a Data Subject Application Form, you can completely stop the processing of your marketing data and request the deletion of this data.

5. Rules for Message Content

361 complies with the following rules in all commercial electronic messages it sends:

Sender information (Bizicon Bilisim ve Danismanlik Hizmetleri) is clearly stated.
Message content is prepared within the scope of consent and in a non-deceptive manner.
Every message contains an easily accessible opt-out mechanism.
Messages include contact information (address, phone, email).
Opt-out requests are processed promptly (within 3 business days at the latest).

6. Data Retention

Your consent records are retained for as long as your consent is valid. In case of opt-out, your opt-out record is retained for the period required by legal obligations (typically 3 years).
