KVKK Information Notice

This information notice has been prepared by Bizicon Bilisim ve Danismanlik Hizmetleri in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communique on Procedures and Principles Regarding the Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

- Managing contractual processes

- Conducting marketing and communication activities (with explicit consent)

- Carrying out company operations in compliance with applicable legislation

First name, last name, title
3.2 Contact Information
Email address, phone number, company address
3.3 Professional Information
Company name, sector, position/role
3.4 Digital Trace Information
IP address, browser information, operating system, cookie data, session information, pages visited, click data

Content of messages submitted through contact forms, POC application details
4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds:
- Explicit consent: Sending marketing and commercial electronic communications
- Establishment or performance of a contract: Service delivery and POC processes
- Legal obligation: Retention and reporting obligations required by law
- Legitimate interest: Website security, performance analysis, service quality improvement
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipient groups under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:
5.1 Domestic Transfer
- To authorized public institutions and organizations when legally required
- To suppliers and business partners cooperating in service provision (as data processors)
- To lawyers and consultants in legal disputes
5.2 International Transfer
Due to analytics tools used on the website (Google Analytics), some data may be processed on overseas servers. In such cases, adequate protection is ensured under Article 9 of the KVKK. For 361 AI Platform customers, a data location preference is offered, including the option to keep your data within Turkey.

Your personal data is collected through the following methods:
- Through contact and application forms on our website
- Through email, phone, and face-to-face communication channels
- Automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy)

7. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if your data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction operations to third parties to whom data has been transferred
- To object to a result arising against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing of your data
8. Application Methods
To exercise the rights listed above, you may apply to our company through one of the following methods:
- By email: Apply to info@361.com.tr with identity verification documents. Please use "KVKK Information Request" as the subject line.
- By written application: Send via notary public or registered mail with return receipt to "Originn Office, Kazim Dirik Mh. 296/2 sok. No:33, 35100 Bornova/Izmir, Turkey".
- By registered email (KEP): Apply via our registered electronic mail address using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature.
Application Content
Your application must include the following information:
- Your name, surname, and signature if the application is in writing
- Turkish national ID number for Turkish citizens; passport number for foreign nationals
- Domicile or business address for service of notice
- Email address, phone, and fax number (if any) for notification
- Subject of the request
Response Time
Your applications will be resolved free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on their nature. If the transaction requires an additional cost, fees may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

To ensure the security of your personal data, we implement the following technical and administrative measures:
