This copyright notice has been prepared by Bizicon Bilisim ve Danismanlik Hizmetleri ("361") in accordance with the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846, the Industrial Property Law No. 6769, and all relevant legislation.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the content on the 361.com.tr website and 361 platform belong to Bizicon Bilisim ve Danismanlik Hizmetleri. Protected content within this scope includes:

• Software: 361 AI Platform, AI Solutions, modules, APIs, tools, and all software components
• Design: Website design, user interfaces, graphics, icons, animations, and visual elements
• Text Content: Blog posts, articles, technical documentation, marketing content, and educational materials
• Video and Multimedia: Promotional videos, training content, webinar recordings, and audio content
• Trademarks and Logos: The "361" brand, logos, emblems, and trade dress
• Databases: Artificial intelligence models, training data, and datasets

2. Copyright

All content listed above is protected under the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and international copyright treaties. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Copyright infringement gives rise to legal liability and is subject to criminal penalties.

3. License Terms

The use of the 361 platform and services is subject to contractual terms and the following license terms:

3.1 Platform Usage License

• Access to and use of the 361 platform is provided under a license agreement.
• The license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right of use.
• The right of use granted under the license is limited to the term of the agreement.
• When the license ends, all usage rights are automatically returned to 361.

3.2 API Usage License

• Use of 361 APIs is subject to the API usage agreement and access terms.
• API access keys must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
• API usage must be performed within the defined rate limits and usage quotas.

3.3 Blog Content

Sharing blog content is permitted under the following conditions:

• Excerpts may be quoted with attribution (with a link to 361.com.tr).
• Commercial use requires prior permission.
• Copying content in its entirety is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited and give rise to legal liability:

• Reverse engineering of 361 software
• Copying 361 source code, algorithms, or artificial intelligence models
• Unauthorized use, imitation, or misleading use of trademarks and logos
• Using 361 services to develop competing products
• Unauthorized collection of content using automated tools (scraping, crawling)
• Unauthorized use of the 361 name or brand for advertising, promotion, or reference purposes
• Use of content in ways that damage 361's reputation

5. Infringement Notification

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by 361, or if you have identified that 361's intellectual property rights have been infringed by third parties, you may submit a notification containing the following information:

• Name, surname, and contact information of the alleged copyright holder or their representative
• Description of the allegedly infringed work
• Location of the alleged infringement (URL or platform information)
• A statement that the infringement is genuine
• Statement and signature confirming that the notifying party is authorized
