What is 361?

What does it actually do?

"What did we discuss with this customer last year?" Instead of searching five separate systems, you ask a single question; the answer comes back with its source.
The month-end report The numbers come from your database, the commentary from AI. Figures are never invented — they are verified against your actual records.

But is it safe?

If a user can't see a record, neither can the AI — your authorization rules apply to AI as well. If you prefer, it runs entirely on your own servers with no internet connection: your data never leaves the building. Personal information (national ID, phone, IBAN) is masked automatically before it ever reaches the AI, and every action is written to a tamper-evident audit trail.
