Built-in Integration
17 AI providers, 44 channel adapters, 5 connectors. Connects to your existing systems through ready-made adapters — no custom code.
Will Your Existing System Connect? — Pick Your Situation
We are not asking for your vendor — we are asking what your system can do. Pick the line closest to your situation and see the connection path in one click.
An API connection is defined: base address, 6 authentication types (none / Basic / Bearer / API key / OAuth 2.0 / Digest), TLS version and certificate, proxy server, retry count and delay, timeout.
Field mapping maps the external field to the 361 field. Two-way sync: inbound or outbound — at 5 minute / 1 hour / 6 hour / 1 day intervals.
A preview is taken before anything runs; no record is written before you see what is coming.
The API Discovery Wizard imports the document and extracts the endpoints automatically — you do not type endpoints by hand.
- Collection runner — try endpoints in bulk
- Automatic test generation
- Security audit
- Documentation generation
10 database providers are supported. The AI Discovery Wizard analyses the schema in 6 steps, streams progress live and produces an integration package at the end.
Ready template families: ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, e-commerce.
CSV, Excel, JSON and XML work in both directions — import and export.
Field types, required flags, choice lists and relation references are read directly from the platform schema — no extra configuration needed.
When an unknown relation value arrives it does not stop: the record is created automatically and processing continues. The first rows are previewed before import.
The built-in browser automation tool steps in: navigate, click, fill, screenshot, extract data.
Webhook trigger: your own path, your own secret key and your own HTTP method (POST / GET / PUT). Your external systems start automations on 361.
There is also inbound e-mail triggering — a message landing in a mailbox starts the flow.
361 is an MCP server. Your own client connects with a Bearer key.
- 5 permission buckets — which capability class is reachable
- Entity-level access list
- IP allow list
- Per-minute rate limit and daily quota
- An audit record for every call
Even if you cannot find your exact match in the list, there is a path — these are all open protocols, no proprietary plug-in required.
What We Do Today, and What We Do Not
An integration decision is made by knowing the gaps. We do not hide the right-hand column — we list the standards without a ready connector, and the route to each one.
Supported
- REST / JSON
- XML-based service
- WebSocket
- Server-Sent Events
- JSON-RPC 2.0 (MCP)
- Inbound webhook
- Outbound webhook — HMAC signed, with retry
- WebDAV
- MQTT — embedded broker + outbound client
- SIP / telephony
- SMTP e-mail
- 10 database providers
- CSV / Excel / JSON / XML
- OpenAPI / Swagger import
No ready connector — here is the route
| Standard | Status | Route |
|---|---|---|
| SOAP / legacy web services | No ready connector | Callable via the HTTP request tool or an API connection |
| GraphQL | No ready connector | Via a REST connection using POST |
| FTP / SFTP | Not available | Via file import or webhook |
| EDI | Not available | File conversion + API connection |
| Enterprise message queues (Kafka / AMQP) | No ready connector | Webhook bridge or MQTT |
| Modbus / industrial field protocols | Not available | The internet-of-things side is limited to MQTT — a gateway over MQTT |
10 Database Providers
In most legacy systems without an API, the data already sits in a database. That is where the connection is made.
Connection credentials are never exposed to API responses, log records or the AI.
Canonical numbers
The 5 ready connectors: the corporate e-mail/calendar family, the office suite family, two social networks, and a generic connector that reaches any REST API. The 4 automation triggers: manual, scheduled, webhook, entity event — plus the inbound e-mail trigger service.
